An initial evaluation
includes:
· Review of medical history and previous testing (i.e.
developmental, neurological, psychological, etc.).
· Review of school notes/plans (IEP).
· Evaluation using appropriate protocols.
· Brief overview of testing results.
After initial evaluation,
a written report is completed and sent to the child’s parents and the referring physician. Additional reports can be sent to other facilities, if requested.
The trained Speech-Language Pathologists
at TheraKids, Inc. can complete a diagnostic evaluation for children with:

· Feeding aversion.
