If your insurance provider is not listed on this page, please call to see if your specific plan will cover offered services, otherwise payment is due at the time the services are rendered. 

The following are insurance plans that we currently accept at TheraKids:

Early Steps, Medicaid/Medipass, and Ped-I-Care

TheraKids is now accepting credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) along with checks, and cash as forms of bill paying.

At TheraKids we have an attendance policy and a lateness/tardiness policy. 

Attendance Policy:

We expect our patients to attend all of their scheduled therapy sessions.  If you are unable to attend a session, we require that you notify us in advance.  If possible, we will try to schedule a "make-up" session.  Each patient is allowed to miss a total of three sessions.  After the third missed session, you will be taken off our active caseload and your time slot will be offered to the next person on our waiting list.  At that time, and at your request, we can add your name to the waiting list.  You will be notified when a time slot becomes available. 

Lateness/Tardiness Policy:

We expect all of our patients to be on time to their therapy session.  If you arrive at our clinic late, we will only be able to work with you until the time your session was regularly scheduled to end.  We will not be able to run over that scheduled time, as we schedule patient appointments back to back.

If you know that you will be late, please notify the front office (368-7728) as soon as possible.
